Beommul Matjip Buchu Japchae

Beommul Matjip Buchu Japchae is a sit-down Korean restaurant in Beommul-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, serving buchu japchae, dubu gui and doenjang jjigae. The buchu japchae gets its heat from cheongyang gochu and pepper, and the dubu gui is coated in egg with buchu added before frying. It is listed as opening at 11:40 a.m., but it opens earlier and gets busy enough that waiting numbers are handed out around noon. There is no parking lot, and the japchae portion is on the small side.
