Daegu Kansong Art Museum

Daegu Gansong Art Museum sits next to Daegu Art Museum and displays cultural assets that Jeon Hyeongpil collected over his lifetime. Its holdings include painting and calligraphy by Jang Seung-eop, Kim Jeong-hui, Sin Wi and Sin Yun-bok, along with Korean folk painting, and it also presents media art exhibitions. In the basement immersive video gallery, works are shown on a large screen and through interactive video, and visitors can rest in viewing chairs that let them lie down. Depending on the exhibition schedule, Sin Yun-bok's Beauty and the Hunminjeongeum Haerye version may not be on view.
