Patdoli

Patdori is a dessert shop in Suncheon that serves patbingsu and chaltteok. It uses domestic red beans boiled in-house and milk ice, with menu items such as strawberry injeolmi, konggomul bingsu, pineapple bingsu, and melon bingsu. The bingsu is served in a cast-iron pot so it does not melt quickly, and it comes with an espresso shot and roasted almonds. At the end, tea made from the water used to boil the red beans is available free and unlimited.
