Hitsumabushi Bincho Tokyo Solamachi

Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Tokyo Solamachi is a hitsumabushi restaurant on the sixth floor of Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi in Oshiage, Sumida City. It serves freshwater eel over rice in three ways, ending with ochazuke, alongside a sweet and salty sauce and a clear suimono containing yuzu. Reservations are accepted, and orders are taken from the waiting line before seating. The eel pieces are small and thin.
