And Tei is a Japanese tea milk tea cafe in Taihei, Sumida City, Tokyo, about a 13-15 minute walk from the north exit of Kinshicho Station. Customers combine four teas, three milks, and three sweetness levels to order drinks such as hojicha milk tea and brown rice tea milk tea. The cafe also sells vegan scones alongside the milk tea. There are only five seats.
