Machoya

Machoya is a self-made noodle Japanese udon restaurant in a residential alley in Daechi-dong near Hanti Station. It serves thick, chewy noodles in dishes such as bukkake udon and ten bukkake udon, along with donkatsu, tempura, and soba. A wait forms during meal times, but the restaurant is quiet around 8 p.m. Tables are placed close together, making the dining space cramped.
