Songpa I-Park Studio(Officetel)

Songpa I Park is a residential officetel near the Suseo and Munjeong districts and Suseo Station, which serves the SRT and KTX. Occupancy began in August 2015, and each unit has a terrace and district heating. The cement walls are thick, and the complex contains a small forest, a small fountain, and a gallery. Visitor parking spaces are limited, so parking is inconvenient.
