Songpa-gu Office handles administrative civil affairs and passport issuance, and it sits next to Lotte Mall at Jamsil Station. Inside the building are a public health center, a cafe, and a small free library where you can read books. The civil affairs office is on the second floor, where resident registration certificates can be issued by machine and staff provide guidance. The parking lot is often crowded because of the people heading to Seokchon Lake and Songridan-gil.
