M State

M State is a mixed-use building in Seoul that combines apartments, officetels, a knowledge industry center, and commercial facilities. The building holds many restaurants, and Yukdaejang in the dining area provides free extra bowls of rice. Parking is convenient and can be used in connection with nearby restaurants. In summer the parking lot temperature is high, and drivers must pass a traffic light when exiting.
