Zenzen is a cafe in Seoul that serves souffle pancakes, brunch, coffee, and lattes. It sits on the second floor of the Dongbang Building near Seokchon Lake in Jamsil. The souffle pancakes are baked moist and soft, leaving a chewy texture. The shop has many seats, and on weekends it starts to get crowded around 2 p.m.
