YI SEUL JAE is a cafe in Songpa, Seoul, selling handmade cookies and coffee. Injeolmi cookies are the signature item, served alongside madeleines and ice cream. The cookies are baked in-store, and the injeolmi cookies sell out quickly. Tea with cheong and lemon water are also available, and the ice cream portions are generous.
