Sijeuneobeul Bakery in Seoul is a small bakery selling croissants, butter pretzels, and sourdough. The croissants are made with French gourmet butter, while the butter pretzels are filled with a thick layer of New Zealand Anchor butter. Its spicy cheese sourdough combines jalapeño, cheddar cheese, and ham in sourdough dough aged at low temperature for 24 hours. There is no dine-in service, and all orders are takeaway.
