Sinyang Roasters

Shinyang Roasters is a cafe in Songpa-gu, Seoul, that roasts beans with a focus on cold brew and hand drip. The single-origin cold brew comes in six options by bean origin, alongside a vanilla latte and three Geisha options. Beans and drip bags are sold in the store, and drip bags can also be ordered through Smart Store. Tables have been removed, so the cafe is currently takeout only.
