Stone Mill is a neighborhood bakery in Seoul that sells whole-wheat fig bread and ciabatta. Its signature items include whole-wheat fig bread with plenty of figs, soft and nutty ciabatta, and dense, rich cheesecake. The baker and owner runs the bakery alone and opens it only occasionally, so check the opening day before visiting. The baguette is light, while the pie items are less satisfying.
