Gradong Bakery is a small neighborhood bakery in Seoul that sells salt bread and ciabatta. The signature salt bread has a crisp outside and a chewy inside, and customers also come for it with coffee. After 4 p.m. the bread sometimes sells out, so people call ahead to check what is left before visiting. There are no baguettes.
