Gabae Yujeong

Gabe Yujeong is a dessert cafe in Seoul that serves souffle pancakes and coffee. The pancakes are soft and chewy, served with lightly sweetened whipped cream and blueberries. A married couple runs the cafe, which has a hidden table inside and a dog on the premises. When orders are busy, the souffle takes 45 minutes to arrive.
