Songjeong Hoetjip

Songjeong Hoetjip is a small raw fish restaurant near Songjeong Beach in Busan that serves thickly sliced hoe. The assorted hoe is cut in rough pieces, which keeps the texture chewy and tender. After the hoe, diners can order maeuntang, a spicy fish stew boiled with doenjang, and side dishes such as grilled flatfish are served.
