Gyujang is a yakiniku restaurant in Songjeong, Busan. It serves premium assorted platters, the Gyujang assortment, and hanwoo yukhoe, along with useol and anchangsal. Wagyu cuts are grilled over charcoal and eaten with fresh wasabi or myeongnan. The dining space is small, and the portions are small.
