Dongmyeong Live Fish Center

Dongmyeong Hwareo Center is a seafood market at Dongmyeonghang in Sokcho where you pick natural live fish and seafood and eat them as hoe. On the first floor you choose fish such as kkachibok, gajami, and cheongeo, and they slice it into hoe at the back, then you eat it with maeuntang on the second floor. After the fish is sliced, you take the remaining maeuntang ingredients and order at the second floor with prepayment, and for takeout you can buy chojang, vegetables, and wasabi separately. On weekends, slicing the fish takes about an hour and seats are short, so it is crowded.
