Noren is a cafe near Sokcho Fisheries Market in Sokcho. It serves chodang corn bingsu, chamoe bingsu, cold-brewed milk tea, and warm hojicha. The two-story building has bar tables and two-person window seats on the first floor, and a ㄷ-shaped wooden floor seating area with four tables for three to four people on the second floor. With few seats, wait times are very long.
