Ibuja Mayak Gotgan

Ibujamayak Gotgan is a rice snack shop in Sokcho Jungang Market that sells grain gangjeong made from brown rice, black rice, buckwheat, white rice, and yellow rice. The grains are steamed and hot-air dried rather than fried in oil, then coated with jocheong and produced and sold the same day. You can taste them at the counter and buy them in packs of 8 or 12, and they can be reheated in a microwave at home. The gangjeong is crisp without being hard and does not stick to your hands.
