Yuhi

Yuhee in Sinsa is a Japanese-style izakaya that serves a uni truffle tart and aged hoe. The uni truffle tart has a strong truffle aroma with no fishy smell from the uni, and the aged hoe comes in thick slices of yellowtail, salmon belly, and flounder belly. Reservations through CatchTable are required, and ordering alcohol is mandatory. Bar seats let you watch the chef cook, and the portions of anju are small with prices on the higher side.
