Yug-Iljeom

Yukiljeom is a Korean restaurant in Gangnam that serves pork omakase and Korean lunch sets in an alley in Nonhyeon-dong. The lunch set includes pork kimchi jjim or saury kimchi jjim with rolled omelette, and at dinner the kitchen grills samgyeopsal, pork collar, and pork skin. Grilled meat is served on a small stone plate, and the omakase takes one team per day with reservations for the month after next opening at the end of each month on Catchtable. Lunchtime draws a crowd, so waits of about 10 minutes are possible.
