Yangchul Seoul

Yangchul Seoul is a reservation-only restaurant in Nonhyeon 2-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving five- and seven-course dinners built around vegetables. It sits about a five-minute walk down an alley from Exit 10 of Hakdong Station. The kitchen is fully open to the dining room, and the restaurant serves dinner only. The courses pair with a selection of natural red and white wines, and vegan meals are arranged by request at the time of booking.
