Usallong is a Korean beef restaurant in Apgujeong that serves 1++ aged hanwoo. A dedicated server grills deungsim and chaekkeut to the requested doneness and adds the Usallong topping with uni, truffle, and caviar. Every seat is a private room, wine corkage is free, and parking is provided for two hours. The yukhoe comes with gamtae and gimbugak.
