Takala

Takara is a Japanese restaurant in Apgujeong Rodeo, Seoul, serving courses of aged hoe and fresh hoe along with tuna courses. Each fish has a different texture in the aged hoe, and various cuts of tuna are served as part of the course. The hoe is refilled continuously, and eomuk-tang with plenty of fish cake can be ordered as well. The restaurant has few tables, so a reservation is required before visiting.
