Taco Chili Chili is a Mexican restaurant on Garosu-gil in Seoul that serves tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. Orders center on tacos and enchiladas, with quesadillas also available, and drinks come with free refills. The same restaurant has a branch at the entrance of Gyeongnidan-gil in Itaewon, with similar food and a similar feel, and the Garosu-gil location has been there for a long time. The interior is not clean.
