Sushisiryu

Sushisiryu is a sushi restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Seoul. It serves tsumami and sushi as part of a sushi omakase and charges corkage and a broken charge. The shari has a noticeable vinegar flavour that balances with the neta and pairs especially well with tuna. Reservations are very difficult to get.
