Sushi Sunsoo

Sushi Seonsu is a sushi restaurant serving omakase in the basement M floor of the Horim Art Center in Seoul. The chef explains where each fish comes from and serves several kinds of sushi in sequence. Diners can choose among table, room, and sushi bar seating; the room is quiet, and at the sushi bar you can hear the chef's explanations up close. Prices are high and reservations are difficult to get.
