Sushi Ebisu

Sushi Ebisu is a sushi restaurant in Apgujeong that serves a lunch omakase, across the street from Hyundai Department Store in a side alley. The herring is sometimes seared with a torch. The staff ask about ingredients you cannot eat before the meal and explain each dish as it is served. The basic omakase alone is on the small side.
