Songukshi

Songukshi is an old kalguksu restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving kalguksu, kaljebi, and sujebi. The noodles are hand-kneaded and cut, then served in a thick anchovy broth with a doenjang base, alongside spicy geotjeori and gochu dadagi. Lunch lines are long, so arriving early is necessary, and rice comes with the meal. There is no parking, so a nearby paid lot or walking is required.
