Song Kye Ok Apgujeong

Songgyeok Apgujeong is a chicken offal restaurant in Apgujeong, Seoul. Its signature Songgyeok modum hanpan includes heart, gizzard, cartilage, tenderloin, and neck meat, eaten with red sauce, salt, or sesame oil. Staff grill the meat at the table and explain each cut, and the first and second floors both serve meals and drinks. There is sometimes a line to get in.
