Sonamu

Sonamu is a meat restaurant near Apgujeong Station that grills Hanwoo beef galbi-sal on charcoal. It butchers Hanwoo jjak-galbi in-house to produce the galbi-sal, which can be ordered either salted or marinated. When an order comes in, the meat is sliced to order in an open kitchen, and seonji haejang-guk is served by default with refills available. The anchangsal runs out if you arrive late.
