Sinsa Jinmigol

Jinmigol is a Korean pub near Garosu-gil in Sinsa, Seoul, serving suyuk jeongol and gopchang jeongol. The broth is deep and rich, holding beef or gopchang, and comes with gunmandu and buchu muchim on the side. The jeongol broth is spicy and goes well with alcohol, and the gopchang is chewy without any off-putting smell. After the meal, you can finish with juk.
