Shushu Chai

Sushu Chai is a casual Chinese restaurant in the gastro table of the basement food hall at Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul. It serves jjajang, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The chadol jjamppong has a smoky aroma and a rich broth, and the mokhwasom tangsuyuk is crisp outside and tender inside, served in one-bite pieces. The cream shrimp are on the large side, and prices are on the high end.
