Shinseon Yang Gopchang

Sinseon Yanggopchang is a gopchang grill restaurant in Seoul that cooks gopchang, makchang, and daechang over heat. The gopchang, makchang, daechang, and heart are served as a combo, while the intestines are ordered separately. Cheongyang peppers soaked in soy sauce are placed on the gopchang and eaten with a chive salad on the side. Alcohol prices are steep.
