Shabuo

Shabuo is a restaurant in Sinsa-dong near Apgujeong Rodeo in Seoul that specializes in sukiyaki and shabu-shabu served in individual pots. Diners choose from broths including hanwoo shabu-shabu, mala, and sukiyaki, then cook vegetables and meat in the pot. The interior is spacious and includes separate rooms, so it can be used as a meeting place. The interior design is upscale.
