Seolmaene is a Korean restaurant in Apgujeong, Seoul that opened in 1993 and serves Pyongyang-style mandu, mandu jeongol, and bossam from a basement space in front of Apgujeong Station Exit 3. Its mandu is filled with mung bean sprouts, tofu, and pork, and its mandu guk uses kelp broth; tangpyeongchae is also counted among its representative dishes. The restaurant is now run by the founder's son and fills with customers at lunch and dinner. The food is light in seasoning, and prices run on the high side.
