Satoshi

Satoshi is a sushi omakase restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul. The shari has a firm texture and a lightly salted taste, and chef Lee Kwang-woo attends to each guest one by one. The lunch course begins with three to four tsumami before a series of nigiri. Sound does not escape the dining room well, so it is loud during the meal.
