Saedoljip Nonhyeon Main Branch is a Korean beef restaurant near Nonhyeon Station that serves chadol samhap grilled and shabu-shabu with Yeosu saejo clams and 1++ Hanwoo chadolbagi. The grill combines saejo clams, kijo scallop adductor, and cuttlefish with chadolbagi, served with sunjeongnan sauce, gosari namul, and minari muchim. Staff grill the samhap ingredients at the table and explain how to eat the combinations, and the interior is clean. Flying fish roe fried rice can be ordered to cook in the chadol fat.
