Restaurant SAN

San SAN is a fine dining restaurant in Seoul that folds Korean ingredients and spicy flavors into its courses. It serves dwaeji gukbap as its signature dish and offers wine pairings. The open kitchen is large and the front-of-house runs smoothly, and reservations are very hard to get. Courses arrive in small portions, so the meal is not large overall.
