Pyongyang Myeonok in Seoul serves Pyongyang naengmyeon, mandu, and bulgogi. The naengmyeon broth is light, with restrained meat aroma and seasoning, and the buckwheat noodles have a mild chew. The mandu are North Korean style with light seasoning and generous filling, and the bulgogi is not strongly flavored. Bibim naengmyeon can be eaten with broth added, and a half order of plate mandu comes with three pieces.
