Pilsalgi

Pilsalgi is a Japanese restaurant in Garosu-gil, Seoul, serving donkatsu such as block cheese katsu and rosu katsu. The block cheese katsu is filled with cheese and has a crisp exterior, and the donkatsu is eaten dipped in salt, mustard, wasabi, sauce, or saeujeot. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the table, and card payment is available there as well. At lunch the restaurant is crowded and food comes out late, and the space is small with tables close together.
