Ottosang Ramen

Ottosang Ramen is a Japanese-style ramen shop in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving shoyu ramen and miso ramen. The shoyu ramen has a rich broth that tastes like chashu was boiled in it rather than a clear chicken stock. Customers choose a spice level when ordering and can add chashu. Gyoza dumplings and handmade yaki gyoza are also available.
