Kanilab is a fine-dining restaurant in Seoul that combines food with media art and staff performances. The course runs through five themes: dawn, sunrise, storm, sunset, and the Milky Way. Staff explain each course's dishes and staging and attend to guests from start to finish. Dishes built on king crab as the main ingredient change with each weather concept.
