Mizuki

Mizuki is a Japanese restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Seoul. It serves an omakase course of Japanese dishes and soups brought out one after another, prepared to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The meal includes many small dishes in sequence, so a single sitting covers a range of tastes. The course is omakase, but it is a Japanese meal rather than sushi.
