Jungdon

Jeongdon Premium (Branch 2) is a tonkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves rosu katsu and hire katsu. The rosu katsu is thick with a crisp breading, eaten with truffle salt or wasabi. On weekdays before noon the wait is short, while around lunch it can run 30 minutes or more than an hour. The hire katsu is tender but greasy, and its round shape makes it awkward to eat.
