Jungang Son Kalguksu Kongguksu is a 35-year-old kalguksu restaurant in the basement of a building on Apgujeong-ro 216 in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It serves bajirak kalguksu and steamed mandu, and the kaljebi comes with sujebi. The lunch hour is somewhat crowded, and you can ask for the kalguksu to be cooked longer. The clams are few in number and the broth is on the plain side.
