Jigudang Sinsa is a small Japanese-style gyudon and tendon restaurant on the edge of Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, Seoul. The tendon is fried to order, and the gyudon comes with soft meat and a soft-boiled egg. The sign at the entrance shows only Chinese characters, with no Hangul. Inside, a long counter seats about ten people, and the narrow hall makes it uncomfortable for groups to sit together.
