Jeongmi

Jeongmi is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves only omakase. Sea bream, cuttlefish, yellowtail and uni arrive in sequence according to the season, and alcohol is not required. In the evening it takes a single seating of up to eight people, who eat slowly over about two hours. Reservations are usually difficult to get.
